- [Conditions of Sale]
- Before placing an order on our site, the Buyer acknowledges having read the conditions of sale and all that follows, without conditions.
- The Buyer declares be at least 18 years and have the legal capacity or holds parental permission to place an order on the Site.
- The prices shown are the selling prices of items. Shipping costs are not included.
- The price you see is not negotiable.
- The products offered for sale are original Japanese versions. Unless special precision.
- You are supposed to have read the compatibility of equipment purchased with your country restrictions. In case of conflict with your hardware, collateral damage or for other reasons. The seller will not be held responsible. No refund or compensation of any kind whatsoever, can not be done.
- - Once the buyer has validated his order, it is deemed to have accepted without any conditions, the rules of sale.
- The order will be validated only after full payment received.
- The Seller reserves the right to modify or cancel an order, in case of force majeure. If this happens, the buyer will be notified by mail as soon as possible.
- For some items "New", the photos may not be contractual. Thank you for your understanding.
- No claims will be accepted, aesthetic appearance of the articles with photos. Thank you to judge the state by the photos and description.
- The scoring system reflects our own vision. This view may be different from one person to another, it is not a reason for a cancelation or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
- - Shipping costs include shipping and packing.
- To reduce fraud by PayPal, or variations that may be related to the delivery of packages. All orders send by SMALL PACKET (less than 2 kilos only) a registered option " 410 JPY (yen) " will be added to the shipping price. For other delivery methods (EMS, SAL, Surface), this is already included.
- Delivery times are provided for information only. In some cases the delivery time can be different. The seller can't be held for responsible. Thank you to choose the method of delivery you need.
- Shipments are made to the address indicated in our database. If the shipping address is not valid at the time of shipment, the buyer must notify his post office as soon as possible. In the case of a package is returned to our warehouse. The buyer must pay again for the shipping fees. This will not be a valid reason to cancel an order.
- All orders, may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package enters the country of destination. The taxes and customs duties related to the delivery of an item are the buyer's responsibility. For further information, we advise the buyer to check with the competent authorities of his country.

- - In case of delivery of a product that does not correspond to the order (damaged or non-compliant), the buyer must make a claim within 7 days from the receiving date.
- For this, the buyer must contact Customer Service by filling out the following information:
>>> The order number.
>>> The delivery address.
>>> The references of the product.
>>> The reason of the claim.
- The return of products must be made within seven (7) working days from the validation of return Customer Service. Otherwise, the Seller will not make any exchange or refund of products ordered.
- The cost of return shipment are the buyer's responsibility (can't be refundable). All the risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer. The return must be done by registered mail and tracking number. Without it, the return cant' be accepted. All products not in accordance with the original state before shipment ( damaged, opened or missing part), won't be refunded or exchanged.
- After the legal time of seven working days, no claim for any reason will be accepted.
- When a refund is accepted, it can take about 15 working days. Only the products price will be refunded. The shipping cost is not refundable.
- When an exchange is accepted ( if available ), the shipping fees will be buyer's responsibility.
- Cancel an order before shipping it's possible. If the buyer want to cancel an order, the buyer will be charge of 30% of the total order price. The refund of the 70% of the total order price will be done within 7 days. Once the order is shipped the cancelation won't be possible.
- - For brand new items (only fresh/news released items). This warranty covers only latent defects for a maximum of one (1) year.
- In case the buyer has some trouble with a brand new item, during the warranty period. He can contact the Costumer Service to get information about the item's return (See .4). The seller will see back the item to the manufacturer for repair/exchange. Once done , the produce will send back to the buyer ( the shipping fees are buyer's responsibility).
- This warranty is only available for fresh new released products, no oldies / retro games products.

- - With our loyalty program, you will earn 3% of total order amount on our site as a reward of money points.
- Every 300 points is redeemable for a discount of 300 JPY.
- Points are valid for 2 month from the purchase.
